Pep Band

When football ends the Pep Band picks up the basketball season, playing home games, recruitment events and the annual CIAA Basketball Tournament.

November – March

What It Takes

Season

  • Rehearsals and performances run November through March
  • Home basketball games at JCSU
  • Recruitment events
  • The annual CIAA Basketball Tournament

Membership

  • Made up of current and aspiring members of the marching band
  • Rehearses Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00–5:30 p.m.
  • Attend at least 90% of home basketball games to be considered for tournament travel
  • Must be in good academic standing with all professors at the time of travel
